Anthony Carrillo
Founder & Pastor
Pastor Anthony and Eileen Carrillo have been married and actively engaged in ministry for the past 20 years. In September 2022, The Harbor church was launched as a daughter work under the ministry of Pastor Stephen Barker, Mt. Zion church, in North Visalia. Then in February 2024 The Harbor church became self-governing and received UPCI North American Missions status.
Pastor Anthony and Eileen Carrillo are passionately dedicated and Kingdom minded in pursuit of empowering and equipping others to fulfill their divine purpose. As such, they currently hold Board Certification as Christian Counselors and are Certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitators. To that end, The Harbor is a place of refuge, restoration, and hope for all people. We invite you to join a community of believers who are committed to serving and loving others!
